Meet Bebe Luna(tic)

This little Heinz 57 arrived in 2020 from Texas on her death bed looking like a Chihuahua puppy. Her sister sadly passed on night 2. Luna was on a medical hold her naturally her ma and pa foster failed. They said, "I guess we are going to have a little rat dog". Shockingly when Luna got healthy she turned into a much larger pup that now controls her mother. She is scared of EVERYTHING, but acts like she is a security guard. Like her mama she has a hard shell, but is a softie on the inside.
