Meet Blarney

Blarney is a rescue alumni from Westie Rescue of Missouri. I flew from Charleston, SC to Missouri and back the same day with him on my lap. He is every bit of a maniac a Westie should be. He was kept in a cage, without exposure to anything, for the first year of his life. He loves being outside and decided to play in the dirt and rain right before I was supppse to leave for work.
