Meet Toby
This is Toby. He is a Cocker Spaniel mix, though we aren't sure what else he is mixed with. He is a small, 26 lb very loyal dog. He is almost 4 years old. He loves to go on walks and can snuggle with you for hours on the couch. He is always happy and content, no matter what he is doing.
